Great Art Lessons for the Creative Soul
We hope you are having an amazing summer. In a few short weeks, many students and instructors will be going back to school. Today, we want to share our new resource that is a great tool for learning about new students at the beginning of the semester. One of the first things I did with every class at the beginning of each semester or year, was to have each student to share personal information about themselves by standing up and answering a few simple questions. They would share details such as their names, favorite talent, favorite art tool, etc.... This helped to break the ice and show the students that I was interested in getting to know each of them. Our new Student Artist Profile activity sheet allows you to use the same technique in your classroom. This activity works well for students from grades 1-12. Let us know how you learn about your new students by commenting below.
